The soul is uplifted, the mind is cleared; stress in diminished, the skin is re-hydrated and the whole being is left totally balanced and relaxed!

This is the first time that Crystal therapy is incorporated within a facial!

1. After a consultation, the client is made comfortable on the couch and grounding is explained. The therapist relaxes the client by taking them through the deep breathing and relaxation techniques.

2. The crystal pendant is used to locate the chakras and to balance. The relevant crystal from the set of 7. may be placed over a blocked chakra to help rebalance it for a while.

3. The therapist now guides the client through a relaxing flower and colour visualisation to renew the chakras.

4. A full hydrating or collagen facial is now carried out up to the mask stage. Instead, or as well as the usual massage, the 7th Heaven facial gives the client a wonderful combination of pressure point, Shiatsu and lymphatic drainage moves.

5. Once the hydrating eye, face and hand masks are applied, the appropriate crystals are selected and placed on the certain points of the face.

6. As the crystals work their magic and begin to take effect, a special foot massage and reflexology moves soothe the feet, heaven!

7. The masks are removed now and the skin is moisturised and finally a harmonic scalp massage is given to the slumbering client. You can gently ground them and bring them back slowly, offering a refreshing drink of water at the end of the treatment.

Alternatively you can leave them to rest a while first, but I won't be responsible for their snoring!
